Stock2Shop's B2B Trade Store is a fully hosted wholesale ecommerce solution. Below is an overview explaining the process for getting your B2B Trade Store configured correctly and tested.

Connecting to the B2B Trade Store

In order to have your Stock2Shop B2B Trade Store integration up and running, you need to make sure of the following:

  • You have a Stock2Shop account. For information on how to sign up, please contact us.
  • You are syncing products and customers from your ERP / accounting system to Stock2shop.
  • Orders are syncing successfully back to your ERP / accounting system.

Syncing products to the B2B Trade Store

Because the B2B Trade Store is a Stock2Shop product, it is relatively quick to set up. One of our support technicians will ask you questions relating to which data you would like to sync and how you would like the fields mapped, and they will configure your setup based on your requirements.

Whether or not your customers can be synced to Stock2Shop depends on your data source. If this is not something we can facilitate, your technician will explain how your customers can be easily bulk uploaded to your Stock2Shop console.

Once orders are placed on the B2B Trade Store, they will automatically sync back into Stock2Shop. There are no additional steps required other than configuration settings, which is handled by a Stock2Shop support technician during setup.
